Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

Please email us ASAP at customerservice@mishibox.com, and make sure to CC shipping@mishibox.com to ensure that our shipping department is also notified of the change. Please include your name and order number if you need to change your shipping address. We will try our best to change your shipping address if your package has not already been shipped.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 1-7 business days for international orders.

 

PLEASE CONFIRM that your information has successfully updated on our system (especially shipping address). We are not responsible for any shipping errors if the shipping information is not correctly reflected on your account. If you have trouble updating your information, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com and we can update your information for you.
