Why is my product expired?

It is most likely NOT expired. We check all expiration dates before we pack our boxes and packages. Typically Korean products are marked by EITHER the manufacture date OR the expiration date. Please check out our graphic on the Beauty Box page to see how to read Korean expiration dates.

However, in the rare case that you are in fact sent an expired product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@mishibox.com with photos of the product(s) clearly showing the expiration or manufactured date.

After we confirm that the product is an expired product that we sent out, then we will either issue a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
