How to Change Email Address for Non-Subscribers
If you are not a subscriber, please email us using the email address that is currently on your MISHIBOX.com account to update your email address. We need you to email us using the same email address on your MISHIBOX.com account in order to verify your identity.
How to Change Email Address for Subscribers
If you are a subscriber, (1) please follow the following instructions to change your email address in our recurring billing system; (2) afterwards, please email us to let us know of the change so we can update it in our order system.
If you skip step 2, you will not receive email notifications about your tracking number to your new email address.
Log into your MISHIBOX.com account.
Click on "Manage Subscriptions" on the left column under your name.
Click on "Edit" next to the "Ships To" address.
Scroll down to the "Billing Address" section and you will see you the "Email" field.
After you enter your new email address in the "Email" field, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save" to save your changes.
