How to Cancel a Shop Order

We can cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped. Please email us ASAP to cancel your order. Please note that we typically process orders in 1-3 business days. Processing time is 1-5 business days for international orders.

How to Cancel a Subscription

So sorry to see you go! If you want to cancel your monthly subscription, just log into your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" in the left column.

Next to your subscription, click "Edit."

You will see a link to "Cancel Subscription."

You will be sent any remaining boxes per your most recent renewal, but will not be charged again moving forward. This means you will receive all the boxes you have already paid for.

Please note that all re-billing occurs on the 28th of each month, so you should cancel your subscription before the deadline if you do not want to have your subscription renewed.

The deadline to cancel is 11:59 PM EST on the 27th of the month before the box ships. Any cancellations after this date and time will not be processed in time to cancel the current month's box.
