For Shop Orders
Please email us ASAP at email@example.com, and make sure to CC firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that our shipping department is also notified of the change. Please include your name and order number if you need to change your shipping address. We will try our best to change your shipping address if your package has not already been shipped.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change it. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 1-7 business days for international orders.
For Subscription Boxes
IMPORTANT: If you are changing your shipping address for an order that has already been processed, then please email us to change your shipping address on your order in order to guarantee that it will ship to your new address. Changing the shipping address in your profile will only update your shipping address for upcoming orders. Processed means that you have been billed and you have already been assigned an order # (typically on the 28th of the previous month).
The address shown in your Order when you click the order # is the shipping address assigned to that package.
Log into your account and on the left hand side, you will see a link to "Manage Subscriptions." Click this and then click one of the following.
Click "Subscriptions" on the left hand side.
Click "Edit" next to the Frequency.
Click "Edit Address".
Deselect the check for "Billing same as Shipping" if your billing address is different from your shipping address.
PLEASE CONFIRM that your information has successfully updated on our system (especially shipping address). We are not responsible for any shipping errors if the shipping information is not correctly reflected on your account. If you have trouble updating your information, please email us at email@example.com and we can update your information for you.
