Can I skip a monthly delivery?

Yes, in order to skip a delivery, you must email us at customerservice@mishibox.com.

Skipping is different from cancelling. Skipping will simply delay your next re-bill date until the next month or whenever you specify to us. Skipping keeps your subscription active.

Cancelling your subscription through your online account will render your subscription inactive and you will no longer receive any boxes other than what you've already paid for. Any grandfathered prices will be removed.

As long as you do not cancel your subscription or skip more than three deliveries in a one year period, you will be able to continue your subscription at your original subscription rate.

Once you cancel your subscription or skip more than three deliveries in a one year period, the monthly price will increase to whatever the current pricing is set at.
