How do I skip a delivery?

If for whatever reason you need to skip a delivery, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com.

Please note that you will need to skip the delivery BEFORE the re-billing date and time. Subscriptions are automatically re-billed on the 28th of each month. 

The deadline to skip a delivery is 11:59 PM EST on the 27th of the month before the box ships. For example, June 27th is the deadline to skip the July box.

Note:  In the event that our prices change, subscription prices will be grandfathered in for all subscribers with active subscriptions who have not canceled more than three deliveries in a twelve month period. Any account with more than three cancellations in a twelve month period will have prices updated to the new pricing unless you have previously emailed us about any extenuating circumstances.
