My subscription box was returned to your warehouse. What should I do?

Your subscription box may have been returned to us if you were unable to accept the delivery. If you would like to have your box reshipped to you, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

If you do not wish to have your box reshipped to you, you may elect to receive a refund for the box for that month minus the original cost of shipping and any applicable taxes incurred on the package.
