Where is my package?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your shipping label is printed in our office. Please respond within 24 hours if you need to change your shipping address.

We can't guarantee that we will be able to change your address, but as long as we haven't passed your package over to the USPS or our shipping partner, we will be able to update your address.

Please be sure to check your tracking information often to stay updated on the status of your box. Additionally, you can call your local post office to help locate your package as we ship via the USPS.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or any packages delayed by customs.

Domestic shipments typically take 1-3 business days for delivery (not including processing time).

International shipments typically take 1-3 weeks for delivery (not including processing time).

Please contact us if 21 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) have passed since the shipping date and you have not received your package.
