How to Change Personal Information for Non-Subscribers

If you are not a subscriber, your personal information, including billing and shipping information, will automatically be updated after your next order.

How to Change Personal Information for Subscribers

IMPORTANT:  If you are changing your shipping address for an order that has already been processed, then you must email us to change your shipping address on your order. Changing the shipping address in your profile will only update your shipping address for upcoming orders. Processed means that you have been billed and you have already been assigned an order # (typically on the 28th of the previous month).

Log into your account and on the left hand side, you will see a link to "Manage Subscriptions." Click this and then click one of the following.

Click "Subscriptions" on the left hand side. 

Click "Edit" next to the Frequency.

Click "Edit Address".

Deselect the check for "Billing same as Shipping" if your billing address is different from your shipping address.

PLEASE CONFIRM that your information has successfully updated on our system (especially shipping address). We are not responsible for any shipping errors if the shipping information is not correctly reflected on your account. If you have trouble updating your information, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com and we can update your information for you.
