Are the samples and products personalized?

No, the subscription boxes are not customized.

As our boxes are not customized, we recommend always patch testing products for 1-2 weeks as you see fit before incorporating them into your regular routine, and reviewing the list of ingredients for every product. Ingredient lists are available on our website every month. We make no guarantees that every product in the monthly beauty boxes will be perfect for you.

Before subscribing, please keep in mind that all of our subscription items are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns.
