Why haven't I received a tracking email? (subscription boxes)

You Purchased the Subscription After the Month Sold Out

It is possible that you purchased your subscription after the current month's boxes sold out. Please check the list of sold-out dates on our Shipping Schedule page.

If you placed your order after the "Sold Out" date, then your box will be the next month's box, so you will not receive a tracking email until your first box ships.

Your Tracking Notification Email Went to Spam

If the email address listed in your contact information is correct, please check your spam folder.

If you still cannot find your tracking email or if your email address in your contact information is incorrect, please email us at customerservice@mishibox.com and we will assist you in locating your tracking information. No worries!
