I was billed this month, but I didn't get a box. Why?

It is possible that you purchased your subscription after the current month's boxes sold out. Please check the list of sold-out dates on our Shipping Schedule page.

If you placed your order after the "Sold Out" date, then your box will be the next month's box. 

When you first subscribe, you will be charged immediately on the day of your purchase. After you receive your first box, you will be charged on the 28th of each month.
