How do I reset my password?

No worries! Just click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Log In page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Please note that if our system says that no account is found related to your email address, most likely you did not create an account when you purchased your subscription plan. Our system does not require you to create an account to make a purchase. However, in order to view your purchase information, you must create an account using the same email address that you used to make that purchase.
